Sorry SE but your Customer Service is not good...

There's now way to get support other than to try spamming the phone line. I have sent several emails about an account issue and finally got a response to try the chat support. So I was #50 in the queue and it counts down over time to finally #1 in queue, and then....

Just to double check, you did turn off your browser's pop up blocker right?

Same thing just happened to me and I dont have a pop-up blocker installed.

Kai wasn't talking about a blocker that is installed... your browser has a built-in option for blocking pop ups. Been a while since I was on MSIE, but in Firefox it is under your Tools/Options, in the Content section. There is a checkbox for blocking popups. IE was set up similarly, just forget the specifics on it. In both browsers, pop-ups are blocked by default.

Ah, well I use Chrome and don't recall ever seeing a popup blocker on any webpages (where it requests to be turned off for specific purposes).

Chrome sticks an icon on the address bar or something when popups get blocked, so you may never see a request to enable them for a site unless the site itself is scripted specifically to warn you.

Tells how to manage pop-ups in Chrome. With all the security concerns these days, blocking was probably also enabled by default for Chrome.

Worth a shot, don't think it was blocked but maybe.. an odd error message to get if that's the case.

Make sure ad block is also turned off in Chrome if your using that extension.
