Hacking Spam Bots

i know stopping the gold seller spams is hard to accomplish, but that is not my problem. i dont mind blacklisting (as full as it is getting)

my problem is how are some bots that i know %100 are blacklisted (double and triple checked) still spamming my chat log. is there something im missing?

my only guess is they can bypass it somehow in-game. should i be reporting these ppl?

also should this even be in tech support?

It's because loading the blacklist lags it. If they're still spamming a minute after you've added them, you didn't add them. You can copy-paste their names from the chat log.

This is normally what I do. When I see spam, I copy and paste the entire thing into the last field of the report RMT form, then from there I copy the name to the name field, and then copy it back to the game client's blacklist, then I fill out the zone and server info and hit send.

ahh well i didnt think something like an ignore list would lag. cuz its even a day or 2 later the same dude still gets through the blacklist. come to think of it. its mostly when i change zone.
