Real transfers? will i keep my FC

When realm transfers kick in, will i be able to transfer my FC as well? or will i need to disband it or pass the torch to someone else before i move?

I am one of many Aussie players who made the mistake to join a US/EU server, the ping is around 400 on a good day.

Ping on the JP servers are about 150-200

So when transfers kick in i plan on moving, whether or not i keep my FC i dont care if i cant take it ill cut my losses im lvl 41 and late game with 400 ping is a real pain in the rear. AOE hits me 80% of the time no matter how hard i try and proxies dont seem to help either i get about 300-350 with them too.

But im hoping i can keep my FC i never got into XI so i dont know how it worked there where you able to transfer toons and guilds across?

FYI it is my FC i am master and creator.
