Party Mechanics

I have a few healer alts, and I play a lot of dungeons, mostly doing them several times to help other people out (for me its 30sec wait time for dps 30+min).

But often I get grouped with real stuppid people, tanks that insist to dps, people running at random around, and worse of all Bots.

Is there a way to kick somebody from the party or something without hurting the other players, I do not wish to run a dungeon for 80min, fail on all bosses several times, etc. Its a waste of my time.

But leaving a party mid dungeon hurts the DPS big time, is there a way around this?

btw: its nowhere explained how to leave a dungeon halfway (under duty you can leave it), is this done on purpuse?

To leave a dungeon, you simply have to go back to the entrance and exit. Coincidentally, leaving the dungeon in this way also removes the duty. The first player to leave a party is also penalized by being unable to re-queue in duty finder for 30 minutes. Players who leave after that can find another party immediately after.

There is currently no way to kick somebody from a party. The offending party member has to willingly leave, which has led to various kinds of exploits.

If you are a healer, you may party up with the dps and help them queue faster in the duty finder. Many do appreciate that. That's not always possible if the dps are on another server, but it at least means you can help the dps on your server a little.

You don't have to go back to the entrance to leave the dungeon you can also just open the Duty Finder and click on the Leave button.

As a healer the 1st thing I say when joining a grp is assist tank on marked targets n dont break cc when we clearing trash, stil annoys me tho that im almost lvl 40 and sometimes I end up in a grp with players tht really dont have a clue and end up wipe after wipe on trash, at which point I leave!

Sadly some people simply do not listen as illustrated below....
