Can't turn in quest "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It"; Ifrit Hard Mode not available.

Bug happened Today between 08:00 until now(still can't turn in quest).

Unable to turn in quests. I currently have "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It". I attune to the aetheryte. It tells me that the quest is complete after I clicked the aetheryte, but nothing happens and I still have the quest.

I tried re-logging but it didn't help!

Steps:
1. Accepted "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It".
2. Got to the last step(attuning to the aetherite).
3. Attuned to the aetherite.
4. Read through the completion text, hit "Complete", "Quest Complete" appears across my screen and plays fanfare music. The chat log also says the quest has been completed. Duty Finder gets updated. Says "Ifrit Hard Mode Now accessible".
5. Quest is still in log. Duty Finder is not updated.
5. Tried logging in PS3 and PC client. Issue is still there. Have tried multiple times, to no avail.

Please help!
