"Regen has no effect!"

Steps:
1. Have yourself as WHM and another WHM in party cast Regen on a single target.
2. Before your Regen wears off, recast it on the same target, as if to overwrite it.
3. Normally, this would overwrite your Regen with a fresh cast, but often times, it just gives a "Regen has no effect!" message. I have only seen this happen in groups with another WHM who uses Regen as much as me.

I have also noticed this a lot. What I have also noticed is that you cannot overwrite a "different" regen. Meaning you cannot overwrite divine seal regen with a regular regen, or if something else is affecting your stats...I have not tested this very much, but you get the idea.

Odd. I've not used Divine Seal and still had this happen. Maybe my Regen crit'd? It's just really strange.
