NPC/Players Load lag and Interface Delay

Greetings everyone, I have spent an extended period of time on the forums researching my issue. When i load into big cities (during certain times of the day) it takes up to a minute for the NPC's and players to all appear around me. If i hit escape to bring up the menu there is a long delay sometimes 10 seconds or so. This happens with other pop-up windows in game.
There are times where everything runs perfect. No load times and no delays. I have a 90Mb connection with 6Mb Upload. My PC is above average so i don't feel it's hardware. (Mainly because there are times where the issue is 100% void for extended periods of time.) I live on West Coast USA and i really have one question. Is this type of issue with the pop-up delays and all due to a connection between me and SE servers or is it a hardware problem.

Lots of people have the same issue. I don't think the devs have acknowledged the problem though...

I cant count the number of times I have loaded into an area / logged into an area and went, "where's the people" as I watch the mounts slide around...sometimes up to 2m of that. NPCs load after players, this includes spawned enemies on many occasions.... ><

It's pretty simple- they increased server capacity so people would stop gettin 1017, and in doing so, they overloaded the servers, and we are all lagging like crazy, unless you're really lucky or in denial.

We've started to get a lot of documentation with high latency and other connectivity issues in route, so it's sort of a combination of both.

Communication problems between the endpoints, SE really can't do anything about them. Some have been trying to nudge the powers that be into taking some action to resolve some of those things that have been identified in between us and the servers, but no noticeable improvements yet. If you can run a tracert to your world server and forward that to your ISP, it might help spur things along on that front.

As for SE's server management and their ability to negotiate with Ormuco to fix things in Montreal.... well... we've been there, done that, and got the louzy T-shirts.
