Does anyone know of a way to re-order the linkshell numbers? I just quit my linkshell #1 and so it has nothing there, but I have a #2 and a #3 lol. I've tried searching everywhere for this answer and just can't seem to help that.

Bump... Bumpity bump in the night...
If you aren't the leader you could try quiting your Linkshells in slot #2 and #3 and then rejoin them.
that's what i ended up having to do. Suggestion to enix: Let us re-organize linkshells please. :)
