Looking for FC or static group for Ak runs and end game content

Bio:
Main Blm 50 Just hit level 50 two days ago.
Gear iLevel 49-55.
Know my role in a light and full party.
Multiple MMO experience, including 360+ days of game time in FFXI.
Experienced end game content in WoW and FFXI. HNM LS officer in FFXI.
Always happy to help someone with a hard quest or fight.
Being fresh to lvl 50 I have watched videos to understand boss fights and speed runs. Not going in totally blind.
Just opened AK.
The only day I don't play is Wednesday.

What i'm looking for in a FC or static party:
Not necessary to be on VoIP. I know it makes the fights easier, but I spend all day at work listening to peoples problems and people talking outside my office, I don't want to come home to relax and have to put on a headset and listen to more people and background noise. Worst case I will use VoIP during group fights Only.
Most my play time takes place around 6pm-midnight MST. I would like a group of players that are on around the same time.
