The Missing Scions (spoilers?)

So I'm level 45 so I've not seen hardly any story after getting to Mor Dhona so keep that in mind. From what I understand from that quest in 1.0 the main Scions are manifestations of the The Twelve. A few are very clear who represents what god and the Rhalgar Roegadyn scion is still MIA. What I'm curious about is the neck tatts, in the Scion group is that the representation of being a Scion or being one of the main 12? (13 technically because of the twins)

I'm more bothered by the fact that nobody remembers Una Tayuun and then she just dies and is never mentioned again. They should have made her live!

I don't recall her. Who was she?

To the best of my knowledge there was never any solid evidence showing that the Archons were mortal vessels of The Twelve.

It's also been speculated that the Roegadyn on the 2nd floor of the inn at Fallgourd Floats may be the missing Archon you speak of.

That would be a pretty ridiculous coincidence though seeing as how each one has something about them that ties them very strongly to one of the gods. I'm not saying they are the gods themselves but just mortal manifestations of part of them.

I'd be curious to know who is thought to represent who...

Alphinaud & Alisaie=Nald & Thal (twins that together make the entity Nald'thal)
MIA Roegadyn= Rhalgr (this is from 1.0)
Louisoux= Thaliak (he actually bears his mark)
Yda= Halone (see Papalymo)
Papalymo= Oschon (some people don't get this connection, Halone and Oschon are companions, one's a fighter and one is represented by a walking stick)
Y'Shtola= Nophica (Goddess of soils and harvests, represented by leaves....)
Minfilia= Azyema (noble woman and Goddess of Inquiry)
Urianger= Altyk (Austere personality)
Thancred= Menphinia (The Lover)

I guess we're missing just 3. Now the odd part is that if you take the 3 remaining gods Nymeia, Llymean, and Byregot, they have descriptions that strangely coincide with Kan-E-Senna, Merlwyb, Cid respectively.

By 1.0 Roegadyn do you mean the one hired by Niellfresne to help watch over the parade in the introductory cutscene? If so this might be interesting to you:

According to Aldis, the guy from the gladiator quest, the sword he uses is named Frenzy and "She's one of a magnificent pair of swords that the drunken prodigy forged for Coliseum champions." So that Roegadyn is a champion?

Diamente, may I ask what evidence leads you to believe Thancred is Menphina?

I agree with a good portion of your list. I can totally understand why you say Yda is Halone and Oschon from the companion mention but if we take those relationship to be defining then does that mean we should start shipping Thancred and Papalymo? N-n-not that I mind! :o

Ok I'm going to start rambling now so please ignore this portion unless you're into conspiracy theories. IMO I prefer Y'shotla and F'lhaminn for the category of Azeyma and Menphina. We didn't find out much about F'lhaminn but it's possible she may share some kind of link to Y'shtola. Perhaps she was brought up as a Sunseeker even though she is physically characteristic of a Moonkeeper Miqo'te? This may be completely off basis considering F'lhaminn's disappearance from the storyline thus far and maybe it's the fact that we can't figure out what she is that they killed her off. :( Even more so when I consider the the naming conventions... hmm. Back to the drawing board!

I originally thought that Minfilia was Menphinia or Azyema but then when I realized I had completely forgotten Thancred in my list and needed a god that was sort of a playboy (playgirl?) then all of the sudden those two pieces fell into place nicely.

was this stories about the 12 gods from 1.0?
