Bad Example is looking for new members (End game progression and Casual)
Bad Example is currently looking for more members to fill out our end game progression groups. We are looking to start multiple 8 man groups in preparation for Crystal Tower when it releases. If you are not ready for end game that is totally fine! We are interested in helping you achieve the same goals as we are interested in achieving! For anyone looking to raid, we will give a 2 week le-way in which you may join the guild as a recruit/casual and once you are prepared for the content you will get a trial run! While we are interested in raiders, that doesn't mean you can't join! We are a very friendly guild and would love some casuals or crafters for conversation and friendship!
About Bad Example
Our main goal as a Free Company is to offer a welcoming environment for any player wishing to join. We accept all types of players, whether they're hardcore raiders, casual, crafters, or just looking to meet new people and be social. We will be running as many raid groups as we have interest for and having at least one hardcore raid group focused on more serious progression and stricter requirements for joining and one raid group that is more casual and for fun. Specific skill level isn't required to join the Free Company or participate in any aspects of it, as long as you're willing to take steps to improve.
Community
Our community will be based on having a lighthearted and fun environment for people to get to know each other. We are a free company interested in the group as a whole rather than just it's individual members. While we are open to accepting 'groups' of people, please keep in mind we are interested in people that want to be a part of the free company, not just be around. That being said we discourage clique type groups of people, due to the fact cliques usually bring drama, which has no place in Bad Example. The only restrictions on chat will be strict rules on personal attacks to members. This guild isn't an 18+ guild but we're not going to limit the conversations to topics suitable for people below the age of 18 so keep that in mind when joining. If any problems arise then contact the officers of the Free Company and let them know.
Experience
Myself and Kagen are in charge of the raiding side of the guild we've raided in a wide array of MMOs in the past and have been successful in all of them. We have cleared endgame in World of Warcraft, Conan, Everquest 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Rift. We take raiding seriously but are willing to take the time necessary to get the job done and done right. We look towards being the best we can while not giving up our real life. We are interested in individuals that are interested in a hardcore raiding atmosphere without the stress of having to give up personal life.
Raiding
We are currently recruiting /most/ classes for crystal tower. We are especially interested in good dps and and possibly more healers. We expect raiders to be on time, at least have watched a video on the fight, and be repaired for a raid. If you aren't the best you can be, please try your best to improve, we won't carry you but we are willing to give you the time you need to become better!

History
Bad Example has been around on and off for since BC times of WoW. This guild name has followed us in almost any game. We've always been a smaller group of people as the guild has usually been comprised of real life friends or long time gamer buddies. The name was created as a joke because it seemed we always would set a 'bad example' for those around us. While we have changed our state of mind and being Bad Examples now only takes into mind the idea of "Don't let your kid do that!". One thing that has never changed about Bad Example is that friendship usually lasts forever! Some of us have known each other for more than 10 years!
