Can't complete version check update/launch [30605][20448][10009][10019]

is there anyone getting this?.. if so are there any suggestions on what to do to get pass this?.. and advise is most appreciated.. it's been 7 days (a week now) since I've been on & this is getting frustrating that i'm paying for a game that wont let me update it.. now granted I went to their site and did the suggestions that was givin there but I still.. no luck.. please.. I need help on this..

how do I make a ticket & & where to summit it?.. I'm sure that would help me out as well
