They had the low level dungeon length / challenge just right in Beta-P3. Easy enough for new players but enough difficulty to push people into learning things, which is I thought the whole point of those level dungeons etc. I think they made the mistake of assuming that difficulty is frustrating so they removed a lot of it, but difficulty can also be fun and that is the element which has been stripped away in the final versions of Tam Tara, To To Rak, Hauk Mannor etc.

You are underestimating the number of terrible players. I see people not able to handle mechanics of like Halitali lol. MMO companies these days have to pander to the lowest common denominator in order to keep enough subs. Try to get Titan done before they nerf that as that will be coming very soon I would bet.

I think they've made them easy as the dungeons are all part of the main questline and you have to complete them to proceed. If people were wiping constantly on the early dungeons in the free month they'd be unlikely to subscribe.
To be honest they are too easy though. Twice on my main questline dungeons the tank has dc'ed or left at the start and my DF group have mangaged to complete them pretty easily one player down with topaz carbuncle tanking. -
