Editing hotbar shows incorrect button (Both PS3 and PC)

Character name: Draken Stark
World: Excalibur
Class/Level: Lancer / Level 10
Area and coordinates: UI Interface

Requirements: Player is able to add to or edit their Hotbar and has changed their Gamepad Button Configuration.

Steps:
1.Enter Character Settings

2.Enable Gamepad Mode

3.Enter System Configuration

4.Enter Gamepad Button Configuration

5.Change the use of the Y button to Select HUD and the Back button to Open Map/Subcommands

6.Start to either edit or add to your Hotbar.

Side note: While I don't have my PS3 available for use at the moment, I can confirm that this error exists on that version as well as the PC.
