Transfers?

I'm sure that I am one of many that are stuck on a realm away from family and friends. It's well after, what most would consider, mid September and yet we still cannot leave? Can we maybe get some info on what's going on with that rather then press conferences and other random crap that really doesn't concern gameplay? Thank you in advance!

You should probably bother to read all of their press conferences, and updates, and notes here and there, and etc regardless of whether or not you think it involves gameplay. The mentioned last time that they are currently working on server transfers and will not release the option until they are sure it will be a smooth process. Unfortunately, they have missed their mid-september estimate but it would be better to wait a bit longer and have everything go over smoothly than for people to transfer now with the possibility of something screwing up and then instead of people whining about server transfers they will be whining about fuck ups. It was also mentioned that if any new updates/news are available about server transfer they will update the public.

Props to you for asking for information rather than flooding the forums with "waaah my character is more important than my friendship so I won't reroll." It is as surrel says. To release an unfinished transfer system would cause more problems than solve.
