Titan and Duty Finder
I have seen a lot of post here where people say don't try Titan through duty finder. Well today I beat that stack of pebbles in duty finder. Our party was setup with whm sch pld x2 drg mnk brd x2. I see this as an accomplishment because you don't choose who is in you party lol and a little bit of luck. I suggest if you have a Bard have him keep rain of death up during last phase. Also for bomb drop look foe where the first row of bombs drop then when last bomb drops rally on last bomb. Then Titan will do his line attack usually on last bomb just slightly move out of the line attack and after it goes off first row of bombs blow up run for them. His other attacks are easily avoidable in my opinion. I have also had three of my ls buddies beat Titan in duty finder. So don't frustrated just learn the rotation and try until you persevere. If any of you have done it in duty finder feel free to share your accomplishments and friendly advice. I am also on a non legacy server.

Melee helps a bit on Titan , if you stack a bunch of casters/super squishies. It's really tough. Monk and Drg and brd x2 well yeah.. that's plenty of dps. But when you get a few other classes it's rough.. and if they don't have the gear it gets frustrating. It's quite possible your dps had the gear.. your tanks were high on hp.. and your healers were quick on their heals. Learning the rotation, is the best thing you can do, but people make mistakes, and it's "border line to think that someone won't make a mistake during the titan fight." You can make a mistake on ifrit, you can make mistakes on garuda, but making a mistake on Titan is generally a wipe, the others not so much. Expecting 8 players to play flawless for 8-12 minutes on Titan might be asking a lot.. Generally the first 50% is fine, but phase 3 well.. I'm not saying anything we all don't already know.
