So Frustrating

This game looks beautiful, but signing up for this is the most frustrating thing I've ever dealt with.. And if I don't get answers soon me and 4 of my friends are all doing charge backs on our purchases. Your support forms are a joke and I can't even find where I can simply email support to figure out whats wrong. My brother bought the game tonight and signed up for a SE account which he can log into and see the game tied to it, yet he cannot log into the game, he has 2 different usernames somehow, niether will get into game, one says wrong ID/pw, one says game not registered........... PLEASE .... help

The Square enix account site no longer handles XIV, instead you will need to use the Mog Station, you can get to it via the Lodestone

Thank you so much man....... Working now. I don't claim to be the smartest man alive, but that was the hardest process to sign up for a game ever...
