I think they are fine as they are except we need more dungeons to run for them (which it sounds like we will in 2.1) the cap can always be increased later when more content is released.
The cap is completely fine. You are not ment to get a full set of af+1 gear - it's ment to fill in the pieces you couldn't get form Coil. The cap will probably be removed in the future when we get a new set of "best" gear. That set will get it's own tokens with their own cap almost certainly.
It's fine. Rare items should be hard to be obtained. I don't want to see 50 people in the town wearing the same clothes as me.
BUT - Its not hard to obtain though think about it the logic is flawed and stupid. NOT ur logic the general logic if it
1) its not hard
2) its there to stop players from completing content and getting even more bore
3) players saying cap is fine are saying it because they cannot even complete the current cap and do not want to get outgeare
4) the logic is flawed because the players that are always ahead will continue to always be ahead if they continue at their pace they will always cap and be elite because that is their style of playing.
Arbitrary caps suck. Make the items harder to get if you want to stretch the content out more, but don't tell people how much they can achieve in a week in an MMO they're paying to play.
Looks like this topic backfired based on the results. Personally, I do not like the system, as I am permanently 3 weeks behind everyone else. Would be fine by me if the allowed maximum amount was equal among all players...
Cap is fine. Helps mitigate the gaps between casual/moderate players and the 24/7 players. Like rested exp it promotes healthier gaming habbits.
I think that just some of the "unused" cap tomes should carry on to next weeks and accumulate. Like a reserve supply.
25 myth tomes per week since launch that service account was inactive (or character non-existant), to reduce the feel of being "permanently behind".
Up to 50 tomes per week of service account being active, so that some of the unused cap wont be wasted.
