Just hit 50 on my PLD and wondering where exactly to start, Can i do ifrit straight off? all my gear is 50~ ( no low rings etc) Just kinda looking on a place to start to get me in the right direction.

I would start with wonders palace and get your 50 shield then ifrit then ak runs

The community pretty much has Ifrit HM on farm. You should be able to join any pug and win it. Just do it until you get your weapon. If you don't feel geared enough for AK than try SV, AV, or WP and get some gear first. You could also do some CM runs. The community has this 8 man on farm as well and should be no problem with sub par gear as you get enough tombs for darklight.

Farm Ifrit for your Ifrit Sword.

When you get Ifrit sword, honestly, theres no real reason why a competent tank can't do AK. All of the content in there is just to see if a tank and healer is awake. The only hard content in AK is the DPS checks, but thats not your problem as a tank. AK Will drop Hoplite armor, a clear upgrade over the level 45/50 welfare relics.
