<Kaizen> End Game focused guild recruiting now
Kaizen is now actively recruiting mature, capable and active level 50 players to our guild for end game progression. Social members below level 50 are welcome to apply.
Kaizen consists of a wide variety of long time MMO players ranging from all backgrounds and games. We have one thing in common, striving to being the very best players from their respective games. Our leadership has had numerous Top 10 EU clears throughout the many years of World of Warcraft as well as similar success in Rift, LoTRO, WAR and SWToR.
The majority of our group is in their mid to late twenties with real life obligations such as work, school & family. Because of this our raid schedule is not considered to be a typical hardcore life grabbing marriage breaker, spanning 3 days with an optional 4th day to clear if required.
However do not get confused, Kaizen members are one of the most dedicated 3-4 day raiding guilds on ODIN. Even though our raiding schedule doesn't compare to guilds who raid 30+ hours a week, our goals are no less than theirs.
Within our raiding team our focus is hardcore end-game progression leading to server first clears of all raid content, if you don't aim for it, you wont even come close.
Voice com, website raid schedule and forums are all used by the members of Kaizen to both socialise and get to know each other, creating a mature comfortable gaming environment. We also have casual/social side for friends and family to level and play the game meaning that casual players can progress at their own pace and never log in to an empty chat window.
