Geared Tank looking for endgame progression with a FC

My characters name is "Xyos Soma". I am currently on the TITAN fight Hard mode when it comes to end-game.

Im looking for a friendly Free-Company do party up with for some end-game. Im experienced with Ifrit HM and Garuda HM as well as all the 50 dungeons and would be more than willing to assist and help newbies.
