Curious. Now that I have used my vouchers for obviously female version of the gear, if I were to change my character to male, will there be any way to change it to male version swimwear??

Probably not, that is why you get a voucher so that you can pick whatever you want, right?
No, I don't think thats why you get a voucher. You can pick whatever you want of all the other swimwear too, but the black is the only one you can only get 1 set of.
