I could be misinterpreting what you're trying to say...
You simply want a gear set to switch from MIN to [some healer]?
Just gear up your healer, then right-click your MIN gearset, and select "Reassign Gear".
You should have enough gear sets for everything though, so that why I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question...
no, when you add 3 different classes onto the additional actions tab it locks, keeping you from swapping the classes to dofferent classes, and as is i have a mining class stuck on it so it doesnt allow my to put my healer stuff into it
can you not mix conjurer with BLM... in otherwords can BLM not put rez as an addition
No, BLM pulls from ARC and ACN, nothing else.
Edit: Jobs are more role restricted than classes, even if you could set raise it wouldn't be worth it as you could not cast it in battle.
heres my issue, i started leveling my conjurer while i had mining for prospect, ACN for heal, and ARCHER for 20% damage, but once i started leveling my conjurer it blocked every other class from being allowed to be added to my additional tab which made no sence to me
I still only have the most feeble grasp on what you're trying to convey.
You can remove cross-class abilities by going to the class they came from and unchecking the box next to the ability. For example, to remove Prospect, you would go to Miner, then uncheck Prospect.
As for having the other classes greyed out, they will be greyed out unless there are skills that you can set on your current class.
If that still doesn't answer your question, you're going to really need to spell out what you're asking, because it's really hard to understand.
