Where does the quest chain to unlock Cutter's Cry dungeon start ??
I think it starts in the port where the waking sands is. Nearest teleport crystal is Horizon iirc.
All quests in Vesper Bay (where waking sand is) are red. Im level 39.
If I try and google it says that Sibold in the market area in Ulda'h gives the quest to Cutter's Cry.
But Sibold does not have any quests for me so there must be something that unlocks him.
I got the quest from Sibold in the market at level 36 (need 38 for the dungeon), having done the main story past Titan and beaten Sunken Temple of Qarn. There's at least one Coerthas quest that involves Ceruluem shipment from Uldah market being late, maybe that's the trigger?
