Game constantly crashing!!!!

Ever since phase 4 beta this game has been crashing my computer non stop and it gets worse and worse after each maintenance.

I will either get "final fantasy xiv has stopped working" or the game will just close itself out with no warning or explanation. It happens a lot when teleporting or zoning and in the Garuda hard mode fight which has been lagging really bad lately.

This is the is the only game which does this to my computer. I've paused my anti virus, closed it out, closed every non critical application, closed graphic card apps, motherboard apps, task schedulers, even stopped notifications for updates from windows.

I've ran stress tests, checked I temps and voltage and never got any spikes.

Using a gtx 670, i5 2500k, windows 7 64bit
