Missing Guildleves....

Current I am levelling weaver following the advice of a few other weavers that I know.

All of them have recommended a level 35 leve from ul'dah for crafting Linen Wedge caps that deliver to dragonhead. But this leve is not in my options. I have no levelled to 40 using the other leves, but this one has still not appeared.

After discussing it further it turns out that during the 30-35 section, they did a leve that turned in at costa del sol, I also do not have this leve, nor has it ever appeared.

Any idea's why these leves dont show up for me?

Did you unlock the Leve's at the places in question? I've noticed that they tend not to give you quests to deliver to somewhere you haven't unlocked the Leve's for yet.
