Tonights maintenance have 2 different times

When i am at loginscreen it says maintenance tonight is between 19 and 21 GMT.
In game i get a message its between 21 and 23 GMT.
What time is it?
Its my primeplaytime so i wanna know!

This kinda makes me sad. I didn't even know there was maintenance tonight ;_;

just to be safe dont make plans to play from 19-23 gmt

I knew Japan DC has maintenance today but never heard about US DC having maintenance...

OP is playing on a Japanese server.

There's only one time shown for me, 2:00 - 4:00 PDT which is 21:00 - 23:00 GMT. I think it's just for those hours.
