I know that we could ride the magitek reaper during the main story, however, I have seen bunch ppl riding it as mount, how can I get that? I have finished all main story and working on grauda hard mode now.

I'm pretty sure it's an automatic reward from the final quest. You might already have it - check your inventory for an item, use it, and then it should be available to use as a mount.
Reward for beating the main story, will be given to you as an item. Use the Imperial ID Tag (I think that's what it's called) from your inventory and the mount will be added to your mount list on the Actions and Skills Menu.
I got it, it has sit at inventory for few weeks and I did not realize that lol, lmao, anyway, thank you guys for reminding :D
