In-game support desk

I am having difficulty using in-game support desk. It would only work once, and subsequent attempt to use it would result in client lock up. Just this morning, I used it to report Gil seller with no problem. Then I wanted to use it to report teleport hacker, but only blank window displayed and then the game stopped responding. I had to restart the client. Other aspects of game works just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, is there any other way to report hackers & RMT advert without using in-game support desk?
