A Friend of mine tries to create a Character on Server Ragnarok which is currently listed as open but when finalizing the Char, Ragnarok is grayed out an inselectable...
EDIT: Curious... minutes after asking the List suddenly named Ragnarok als closed... so nvm...
Sadly the post SE have on this is useless, it's updated so infrequently that it's more wrong than right during busy periods. They should ask the server you want to create on AS THE FIRST THING and then 'reserve' your place if the server is open at that time, it's asinine you go through nearly the entire process before you find out if the server is locked or not.
