So, I've been reading posts on here, and from what I see, it seems that much, if not most of the Gil coming into the servers is coming from non-50s and new players who are progressing through the main story and gaining Gil through these story quests.
Now, here is my concern... I've seen way too many people on here and in game state that there is no point for them to ever do the lower to mid level dungeons again, even with a new job. Now, in order for new players coming in to progress through the story and generate Gil, they're going to have to get through these dungeons. Isn't this going to be extremely hard to do once everyone else is using FATEs to level after their main is at 50, thus slowing Gil creation more. I'm legitimately curious as to what you all think about this and if it should be a concern?

How would that slow gil generation, dungeons don't generate much gil at all, quests do though and you can do them solo whenever.
That being said for lvl 50 there are daily quests called Guildleves which provide a steady flow of gill as long as you don't waste it. -

The fact of the matter is that quite frankly, there is almost no benefit to queue for dungeons you've already cleared.
Based on my own impressions, I would imagine that within a month or two, queuing for a sub-40 dungeon will likely take a very long time simply because there is no incentive for people to run these dungeons, and especially not if they are in a healing or tanking role where knowing how to play is a component. There already seems to be a serious lack of healers queued for lower level dungeons.
Even exp wise, once you're high enough to be synched with that dungeon, you still earn more from completing a handful of fates.
