After hitting a 90000 error in dungeon upon re-logging into the game I noticed that my quest log was 0/30 and that my unfinished relic bow was no longer on my toon. After checking the NPC who starts the quest line it appeared it had restarted from the very start of the quest line. I was at the point in which I was having to kill hard mode Garuda to continue my quest line.
