problem with right mouse click

Hello,
when am clicking RMB on the ground or on any free space my character and camera are turning by random degrees (from 30 to 180 if am not wrong) and camera is reseted to default angle. Used to use RMB as a basic movement controls, but now after every RMB click character turns randomly and i cant play. Havent changed anything, last time i played everything was ok. Tried to restore default settings, as well as some setting with keybinds and other options. Nothing helped. Does anybody have any ideas?

Additionally, i've noticed that i can't talk with npcs, right click keep turning the camera instead of talking with npc :<

can anybody help?
