A Relic Reborn 1.0 achievement title bug, not getting the title

Thread Title:
A Relic Reborn achievement carried over from 1.0 does not grant me the Titles. I have the "Ohohohohoho!" achievement from 1.0, from which I should have the Starcaller title. However, this title seems to be missing from my titles list. Relic titles that I have earned in 2.0 work correctly. I also talked to the NPC Jonathas in Old Gridania and he gave me no Title rewards.

Steps:
1. Look in achievements to confirm I have the "Ohohohohoho!" achievement.
2. Look in title and I can not find the Starcaller title.
