Can't Get to Log in

Hello everyone, I am having a strange problem that (despite my four tickets) has yet to be solved. So maybe there is another remedy?

Well the thing is, I was enjoying the game just fine during Beta 4, and early access... but then early access was done and I came across an unsightly thing... when I clicked to play FF14, well it opened up and gave me two options... Option A) Click here if you have a square enix account, option B) click here if you don't have a square enix account. Now, obviously, I do.

So I clicked option A), and option A) wants me to register the game. Now this tom foolery is pretty silly but I'll play. So I tried to register the game... invalid code.

Now I was a bit curious to see why this would occur! I look into my account on the main website and there you would have it, the game is there as well as the same code.

So I think the game thinks I just got the game... and isn't accepting me, it won't let me get to the log in phase and I pretty much can't play my game... the customer services on Square is apperantly non-existent, I understand that there was major server problems but... c'mon... it's been a month or so now... can I get my money's worth yet?

Can you take a screenshot of what it looks like in your account management page? Remove any personal details obviously...

When you first registered the game, did you make sure to add to the existing service? There is an option to create a new service (this would screw things up...).

Also, do you have an active subscription set up?
