Question about MNK darklight gear

So most of the gear pieces that my monk is currently wearing are from The wanderer's palace/AK and i'm wondering... much of the darklight set for MNKs gives a lot of accuracy at the cost of losing the critical strike rating. I understand Darklight is probably super awesome but as far as losing some damage is concerned i was wondering if I should just get all the pieces anyway or maybe wear some of my peltast/sipahi gear and just get the ones that offer overall improvement either way. Just looking for some feedback from some veteran monks out there.

After you get the complete Darklight set + Accesory (get one Aiming ring or just get a hero ring), your crit will get back a bit. Before I started collecting the DL set for my brd I had over 500 crit, but once I completed the armor set without Accesory it went back down to 409. I ended up with 452 crit after collecting the accesory and I didn't really lose out on damage, cause crits still happen frequently.
