Ifrit Bleeds, We can kill it. Unable to complete quest

I made my way to the aetheryte in Zahar'ak and attuned to it, i got the Quest Complete notification and everything. Even the whole "Bowl of Embers (hard) now accessible" popped up. However it is not in my duty finder and the quest is staying up like it still needs to be completed with the green checkmark. I logged out and back in hoping that maybe that would fix the problem but it hasn't. So i'm pretty much stuck here, i'm hoping this issue can be fixed.
