Can't complete main quest In a Titan Spot

1.Started Quest
2.Ran to Limsa to talk to the npc there.
3.Went to Outer La Noscea to complete.


I ran to the Aetheryte and attuned myself to it. Brings up the quest log In a Titan spot, complete or decline. Hit complete, says quest is done and Duty Finder is updated. Quest doesn't clear and my Duty Finder isn't updated! Can't abandon the quest either to try to re-do it.
