In search of a linkshell/free company

I have been playing ffxiv since 1.0 beta and never stopped. I have seen things many have not. All of my DoL DoH DoW & DoM are lv 50. I read the forums and search out my own answers to in game content. I am married to a woman and have twins.

I am looking for a non Homosexual, no bs linkshell/free company that has what it takes to get things done. I am getting to my wits end doing pugs. I have been stuck at Titan Hard Mode now for over 4 weeks. Please send me a tell in game if you have what I am looking for.

Also, if you would be interested in forming a FC let me know as well. But please dont waste my time. Pugs, have done plenty of this.
