You do realize a HQ Barbarian's Bardiche (ilvl 55) with full materia is as good as the Ifrit weapon? Hell you can just make the HQ ilvl 70 Axe and be one step below relic weapon and avoid RNG altogether.

Funny, i'm a war and i got my Ifrit weapon 1/3 and Garuda 1/1.

Not to mention my Garuda weapon for the scholar i'm levelling 1/1. =P
