World transfer from Japan to NA possible?

Hello, would the server transfer option allow world transfer from Japanese servers to North American servers? Or just within the same region?

Why USA? The game's other data center is in Canada. ;)

Jp data center is cooler than na/eu data center

I know it is an example but anyone who actually wants to move from JPN to NA servers are crazy. We all know where all the attention is going to go.

At the start of beta4 many characters got transfered from JP datacenter to NA/EU datacenter and from NA/EU datacenter to JP datacenter. It is possible.
