World change

I would like to know what is happening with the world change optional service. No update or news has been posted regarding this feature and it leaves me with the question of how long will it be until we get confirmations on dates or whether it's just easier for me to start a new character where my friends are (preferably not). It would be nice to be updated because I don't want to waste my time in a world I don't want to be in if the service won't be available any time soon. It takes away the fun of playing with your friends.
