Free Company Marquee

My suggestion is to add a Marquee to communicate persistent messages to FC or LS members. It would essentially be a one-line chat box that cycles through messages every 10 seconds or so. So it might display "Aurum Vale runs on Saturday", then switch over to "Molly & Bob's Wedding on the 12th", and then to "LF1M AK run". Regular members of the FC could use up to one slot which expires after an hour or so, to look for party members or crafters in the FC; Leadership members could post permanent messages about policy or upcoming events.
