Quest: In For Garuda Wakening cannot be turned in

Time: About 2 AM MST

Frequency: Every time I interact with the Aetheryte in Natalan for the quest objective.

World name: Goblin

Character name: Chiyako Kaze

NPC name: Aetheryte

Monster name: N/A

Class/Level: Bard/50

Party or solo: I've tried completing the quest both in and out of a party.

In-game time: About 1 AM

Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands- Natalan- X:34, Y:24

Steps:
1. I am on the step to attune to the aetheryte so that I can queue for The Howling Eye (hard mode)

2. I interact with the Aetheryte to attune myself and after I finish interacting, the pop up on screen tells me that my duty finder has been updated and that I can now queue for The Howling Eye (hard mode)

3. When I check the duty finder after being told that the quest is completed, hard mode Garuda is not available and the quest to interact with the Aetheryte is still in my quest log and not completed.

4. I have tried logging off and back into the game, switching classes and then back to my bard, changing zones and then coming back to try again. Nothing seems to solve the problem. At this point I am stuck in the quest line as I cannot abandon the quest and try to initiate it again.

Same problem with "Ifrit Bleeds, We can kill it". Hope this will be fixed real soon.

Yeah i have.. .same with seals.

Now it just cleared :) Dont ask me how lol
