Grand Company Promotion Halt

I am Trying To get Promoted In My Grand Company, However to move further I had to do the "Shadows Uncast" Quest (Lvl 44). I Have Finished it and was turning it in. All is well until I talked to Commander Swift and press the Complete button. I hear the Quest complete Sound and visuals yet I receive no rewards. The Green Complete Mark On Top of the commander is still Active yet everytime I press complete the same thing happens again. Pretty Sure this is a bug. Hopefully Fixed it pls :D

have u been promoted to sergeant first class already? i was sergeant first class and awaiting promotion to chief sergeant, also completed garuda at the point of turning this quest in - everything was fine.

Throw something away from your full inventory :D

Yes i guess the inventory was full. Thx. Kinda off because he doesnt give me any items...
