Raise contribution in fates...

...Raise should be considered a bigger contribution than it is currently. Specifically for the major fates like Behemoth and Odin. The healers spend most of their time ressing a sea of corpses and get very little credit towards a gold medal.

As a result, there is very little incentive for healers to res people outside their party in FATES, and given the huge numbers of corpses in every major fate I've been involved in, that's probably a bad thing.

When you think about how much we are contributing by getting people back into the fight, we should really be rewarded for our efforts, and it would make it a lot easier for healers to get gold.

I agree completely. It seems like raising people currently is just a shortcut to bronze or silver. Even just keeping up with the raises within my own group costs me gold sometimes. If I am feeling generous and start raising everyone, I might as well not have even gone to the fate, because it'll be bronze every time.

As things stand currently I will only raise my own group. If I have my instacast up and you are outside my group, you might get lucky, but more often you won't. This isn't how I want to do things. This is just what I am forced to do in order to justify even being there.

On my dps I can arrive with seconds remaining, do a few hits, gold.

I agree that it should add more for us. But as to not rezing due to this, I must be odd then. I choose to revive people knowing full well that I won't get any exp.

Heck, atm I'm leveling so I can tank for my team and I tend to go outta the way to pull enemies away from others when I see it going bad (though I try to pull them anyways and hope a healer heals me {so far, so good ^.^ }).

I have to agree here. Not because of Raise, but due to healing done. If your contribution is 100% healing... you get absolutely NOTHING. In order to get anything, you need to keep a dot up on at least something. Kind of stupid, but that is the way it works.
