Which ones do you need for each of the doh and dol classes?

As far as I know, none. Though I didn't try to stack stat materias to test.
The secondary stats of Gathering and Perception affects DoL. CP, GP, Controll affects DoH.
DoL and DoH also don't get attribute assignments.
Now I'm beginning to think this might be a troll.
DoH no longer use sub-stats. Miner subs STR... I don't know what it effects though.
DoL actually have a use for combat stats and resistances. The extra attempt nodes require you to have a stat at a minimum and the extra yield nodes require you to have a resist at a minimum. You gain stats and resists as you level your DoL and thus far I have been able to hit the required numbers before I out leveled the nodes. I haven't maxed a DoL yet though and there might be level 50 nodes that you can't trigger the bonus without using some stat jewelry/materia.
I am not quite sure what an "attridutes" is.
Attribute wise, going to want Control/Craftsmanship/CP for DoH, Gathering/Perception/GP for DoL. I know miner can get some use out of STR/MND if you want to use the +1 attempt nodes early, though I have yet to not be able to use them when at the same level as the node up to 38, so not sure on if the case follows for the last 3 levels of nodes. The only seen 1 group of yield nodes, and had plenty of resistance to use them as soon as got access to them.
