Shadow Uncast Quest Broken

Steps:
1. Acquired a quest called "Shadow Uncast(Maelstrom)"
2. Used Duty Finder for the dungeon Dzemael Darkhold and completed the dungeon
3. Went back to hand in the quest
4. The quest completed music plays but i get no reward nor does the quest register as complete
5. I tried to hand it in about 3 more times to see if it was lag but the same happens
6. I tried to abandon the quest and do it again but the same outcome happened
