Logon Problem

My PC crashed on me yesterdat and needed to be rebooted while playing FF XIV. While everything on the PC is working fine, I'm having problems connecting back onto the game. I can log on fine, and get to the Character Select screen, but once I've selected my character it goes into the usual loading sreen but seems to freeze at this point and won't go into the game. I've tried leaving it 24 hours to see if any sessions needed to timeout but still have the problem.

Could you let me know what I can do to get this reset somehow.

If you're running in windowed mode, try running in full-screen (or vise-versa) and see what happens.

I know you're not the first person to have this problem, but I wasn't able to find any information on it.
