Amdapor Keep Loot Issue

Hello.

I have just finished a run of Amdapor Keep. The Strategos Ring dropped from the 2nd chest inside the instance but I, as the healer, (Scholar) was not able to roll 'Need' or 'Greed' on the item as both of those options were blacked out.

I do not have it already, it was the first time I had seen it drop. Everybody else in the group passed. I saw a message say, "Unable to obtain Strategos Ring" and then it was lost.

I'm a bit annoyed at this and would appreciate someone fixing this and mailing me a Strategos Ring.

That sucks! To see it sitting there and cannot get it. Hope that does not happen to often...Is this a known issue already? Is this the only items this happens with??

If you're unable to neither Need nor Greed the item, that could mean there are some other issues preventing you from lotting it. I personally haven't had this issue myself, but my assumption is either:
1) Your Armoury Chest for Rings is full
2) Your inventory is full

Even if you already have one, you can't lot for it as it'll state then you can't lot something you already have one of. If you don't have an option for it, it either means you already put in your decision on the item (maybe you accidentally clicked Pass or something), in which case everything would be greyed out once you input your lotting decision.

Can safely say none of this occured. Space for rings in armoury and inventory, and I did not 'accidentally' select anything.

Well, cant get my Screen Shots to load, but I do have proof this is broken for Healers

In game ticket said to come here, lot of good that's done...

I did Amdapor twice on my WHM just now, earring and ring dropped in those 2 runs, and I was able to need on them. Maybe its an issue for a segment of the duty finder?

Now having this issue with multiple items.

It says I have already rolled on it when I have not selected anything.

This isn't just the Keep, I have had this happen in Brayflox and Haukke Manor as well, but just on "pink" gear. It was very annoying, I couldn't roll Need on it when I very well could use it. Luckily got one piece via Greed, and was able to wear it right away, even though I couldn't Need on it. It is becoming frustrating. I'm ok losing a lot, but not even being able to lot isn't fair!

This has happen to me as well on several different occasions and different instances.
